After receiving a degree in marketing from Iowa State University, Chad spent seven years with the mortgage industry in sales and sales management. He has now been with MEP Jobs for two years. Chad finds it truly rewarding to uncover the difficulties his clients face by finding qualified talent in the this industry and putting into place the best solution to help them overcome their obstacles. In his free time, Chad enjoys camping, coaching little league baseball, and spending time with his three sons. |

Doug has a B.S. in Education and an M.S. in Industrial Safety and has served as a sales professional for the past twenty years. At MEP Jobs, Doug enjoys interacting with people and helping his customers to be more successful in their ongoing recruitment efforts. Outside of work, Doug is an avid reader and runner who also enjoys walking, biking, and other forms of activity. |

Luke Borst

After graduating from college, Luke has spent the
majority of his career building solutions that meet
specific needs of his clients. He thoroughly
enjoys the process of digging deep into a problem,
finding the core issue and developing a plan to
eliminate the problem. Specific to his
position as an Employment Specialist at MEP Jobs, he
strives to help his clients build a people-strategy
that will help with not only their current needs,
but also with keeping them ahead of the curve by
developing a proactive recruiting strategy at a time
when there are no openings. Accomplishing
this while maintaining high integrity is Luke's
goal. When not working hard for his clients,
Luke enjoys spending time with his son who loves
cars and any kind of animal. He also enjoys
movies, reading and being involved with his church. |

After receiving a degree from the University of Northern Iowa, Tom began his career in management of quick service restaurants. In 1996, with no sales experience, he pursued a career at MEP Jobs and the rest is history. Tom feels great pride in his role at MEP because he enjoys helping his clients stay consistently staffed with great people. He also likes being free to build his own business at MEP Jobs. In his free time, Tom enjoys working on projects in his home, playing darts, going to Des Moines Bucanneers hockey games, and spending time at a friend's cabin during the spring and summer. |

Tom has been in sales
since graduating from The University of Iowa in
1983. In Tom's opinion, the only "real" excitement
from sales comes when you have discovered a
customer's true needs and are able to develop a
solution that effectively addresses those needs. In
his free time, Tom enjoys family activities with his
wife and daughter, along with golfing and reading. |

Tricia Peters

Tricia worked in the staffing
and recruiting industry for twelve years and
obtained her Certified Personal Consultant
designation, accredited by the NAPS in 2000. At MEP
Jobs, Tricia likes working with companies and people
on a nation-wide basis. MEP Jobs allows her to use
her staffing and recruiting expertise to advise her
clients on the solutions to best fit their current
and on-going staffing challenges. When Tricia is not
running her children to dance classes or baseball
and basketball, she enjoys playing in competitive
volleyball leagues. |

Drew Blake

Before MEP Jobs, Drew worked as a realtor, bookkeeper, and office manager in the real estate and construction industries. He enjoys the working environment at MEP and the management team that encourages new ideas. Drew is interested in Russian culture and language, flying airplanes, designing personal gaming computers, and is also involved in the community and his church. |

Karen Enos

Karen has always worked in the administrative and customer service areas of business. She has worked mainly in the health industry and property management sector and has also had the opportunity to work for an HVAC manufacturers rep. Karen enjoys talking with all of the different people across North America and getting to know them both professionally and personally. Karen spends a lot of time with her two children and enjoys playing cards with close friends. |
