At MEP Jobs, Allen enjoys knowing that not only is he helping his clients find skilled employees, but he is also helping people find better jobs. He is proud to be part of an organization that helps both companies grow while improving the quality of life for so many individuals. In his free time, Allen keeps active in his church and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys spending time at the local golf course. |

After receiving a degree in marketing from Iowa State University, Chad spent seven years with the mortgage industry in sales and sales management. He has now been with MEP Jobs for two years. Chad finds it truly rewarding to uncover the difficulties his clients face by finding qualified talent in the this industry and putting into place the best solution to help them overcome their obstacles. In his free time, Chad enjoys camping, coaching little league baseball, and spending time with his three sons. |

Maria has worked in the counseling, education/training, and human resources fields. She has always been in the business of helping people and MEP Jobs gives her the ability to help her customers through providing great services to them. Maria loves spending time with her children and grandchildren and going to their activities. She is currently taking Wushu classes with her son and provides New Orleans-style catering through her personal business, Fat Tuesday. |

Before MEP Jobs, Scott worked as an Account Manager for Polo Ralph Lauren and as a Director of Sales for National Pharmaceutical Returns. Scott enjoys solving the business challenges that many companies face today and is happy to know that his efforts are making an impact in helping both large and small businesses achieve success. Scott is a competitive person who loves sports and outdoor activities. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children and likes to volunteer his time in any way he can. |

After receiving a degree from the University of Northern Iowa, Tom began his career in management of quick service restaurants. In 1996, with no sales experience, he pursued a career at MEP Jobs and the rest is history. Tom feels great pride in his role at MEP because he enjoys helping his clients stay consistently staffed with great people. He also likes being free to build his own business at MEP Jobs. In his free time, Tom enjoys working on projects in his home, playing darts, going to Des Moines Bucanneers hockey games, and spending time at a friend's cabin during the spring and summer. |

Tricia worked in the staffing and recruiting industry for twelve years and obtained her Certified Personal Consultant designation, accredited by the NAPS in 2000. At MEP Jobs, Tricia likes working with companies and people on a nation-wide basis. MEP Jobs allows her to use her staffing and recruiting expertise to advise her clients on the solutions to best fit their current and on-going staffing challenges. When Tricia is not running her children to dance classes or baseball and basketball, she enjoys playing in competitive volleyball leagues. Tricia also enjoys spending time boating and camping with her family. |

Prior to working for MEP Jobs, Angela began her career in accounting, then moved on to being an Account Manager/Recruiter for a local headhunting firm which gave her a sense of purpose and strong desire to achieve. The opportunity to recruit and speak to different individuals every day at MEP Jobs is the best of both worlds for Angela. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors in the warmer months boating, camping, and going for motorcycle rides. Angela also likes spending time with family and vacationing. |

Prior to her position with MEP Jobs, Cassey spent five years in professional recruiting as a recruiting consultant for a retail bank and an IT placement firm. She also has two years experience recruiting and staffing in the office and accounting fields. Cassey loves talking with jobseekers all across the nation and learning about the skilled trades industry. In her free time, Cassey spends most of her summer weekends at a lake house in Panora, Iowa. She also likes tubing, water skiing, and soaking up the sun. in addition, Cassey is a football fan and enjoys spending time with her family. |

After attending Drake University in Des Moines, Liz joined the MEP Jobs team in the Customer Care department. Shortly thereafter, she moved into the Customer Fulfillment team. Liz enjoys working with everyone at MEP Jobs and likes the opportunity to talk with a variety of different people throughout the country, allowing her to learn new things every day about the MEP industry. In addition to being a huge sports fan and a supporter of the Chicago Bears, Liz enjoys playing with her three dogs and spending time with her family. |

Karen spends a lot of time with her two children and enjoys playing cards with close friends. |
